**What do you like best about Talkative?**

The account setup and resources available are really useful. The information provided was clear and direct and really helped with the setup process. The support that we have received has been second to none!

Migration from our old software was done in around 10 days, we are filly integrated now and there was no downtime at all. 

We use the software 7 days a week in a call centre environment and Talkative is really fit for purpose. 

There are so many features, some we have not discovered yet, but the ones I have discovered have made the platform really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

The initial setup can be quite daunting, however, Jasmine provided us with a portal that broke each area down into small modules and it was a very logical setup process.

**What problems is Talkative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an MSP who handle chats for multiple businesses and each has to be handled in their own specific way.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

In my recent interaction with Jack, he demonstrated all of the desirable skills for someone in a customer facing role. He was patient, persistent and dedicated to assisting me and our mutual client. 

He provided a solution to the customer query and was a pleasure to work with. I can't speak highly enough of him.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

I haven't engaged much with Talkative but at the moment, there are no negatives.

Our mutual client utilises the chat bot, it's easy use allows for a good customer experience for their clients.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

Talkative's easy to use interface make it easy to implement and train a team of agents quickly.  Keeping an eye on interaction logs is swift and easy for admin staff as well.  Getting our team onboarded to the service was quite painless.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

Some of the extra services, such as co-browse, aren't quite as fleshed out or intuitive.

Talkative is providing our company with live chat services as as well as some other powerful features.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

Besides the fact that the product is continuously in development and it has a lot of useful features, the support that you get is really great, quick response times with SME. Especially compared to other companies the support is really outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

I haven't found any disturbing things yet, but sometimes it takes a while before you're 100% used to the endless configuration possibilities and where to find them.

We were looking for a Live Chat tool that also works on the Salesforce Platform. Talkative does that for a fraction of the price and with much more possibilities and features.

Customer service! They always go the extra mile to ensure that the product meets our needs. I have worked with them at two separate organizations, and met with several team members and every interaction has been amazing. 
The product meets the unique needs of our service perfectly, and when there are elements we are interested in adding  they go the extra mile to explore new adaptions.

Nothing. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

Talkative allows us to provide an anonymous self-help live chat service to individuals who are seeking help but do not feel able to call the helpline. This chat service receives positive feedback from clients and staff and allows people to access the help that they need.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

I can't say enough about the Talkative team!  They were great to work with during our implementation and have been extremely responsive post-launch.  From an agent point of view, the Talkative tool is very easy to use and the integration into Salesforce is excellent.  For administrators, the Engage platform is very flexible and enables a ton of customizations of the end user experience.  Reporting in the Engage platform itself is rudimentary, but you have access to all the data you need in Salesforce and connecting to it through a tool like PowerBI was easy.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

The tools for contact center supervisors are limited right now, so real time management isn't easy yet, but I know Talkative has improvements planned and in their roadmap.

**What problems is Talkative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talkative enables us to offer our customers support through whatever channel they prefer.  The co-browsing capabilities for supporing our app are a huge selling point, and the integration into Salesforce exposes all kinds of efficiency and scalability options for us.

Talkative is an excellent product and key component of a digital transformation strategy, but it's the people at Talkative that truly differentiate the solution from anything else on the market. You won't find a better team that not only possesses the right mix of technical resources and capabilities, but are also more than willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible solution for the customer.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

I wish we would have chosen Talkative sooner.

**Recommendations to others considering Talkative:**

If you're considering Talkative, my advice is to ensure that you give them a fair chance to showcase what they can do. I suspect that our business requirements were as custom as it gets to meet our needs operationally and digitally. Talkative was more than up to the challenge to customize the solution to work for our business, and graciously accommodated our many changes and tweaks along the way.

**What problems is Talkative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed deeper integration to our Mitel phone system for a true omni-channel experience and consolidated reporting. We also wanted a more consistent and intuitive chat experience across all our digital channels. Talkative not only delivered on everything we set out to accomplish, but has quickly become a trusted partner that helps us think more strategically about delivering the best digital experience to our more than 120k members. If you are tired of dealing with antiquated development shops that take weeks and months to deliver enhancements, you will undoubtedly find the speed and agility of Talkative to be refreshing. While the products themselves are best of breed, it's the people at Talkative that really differentiate the solution. Having worked in IT for nearly 20 years, I can honestly say that Talkative has been one of the best partners I have had the pleasure of working with over the span of my career. Felix and the team at Talkative were professional and beyond accomodating at every turn to ensure that we were fully satisfied with the end result. Do yourself a favor and choose Talkative if you're searching for a strategic partner and superior chat experience that will differentiate your brand.

The software is flexible, user-friendly, and a joy to use. Flexibility is vital for me, and I have made it look how I want on our website and configured it perfectly for the activity we receive on our website. The Support we received in terms of Training and usability was superb.

There are none that I can think of at this time.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

Talkative have been our dedicated Live Chat fulfillment partner since 2018. The team are great to work with, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Customer experience is at the forefront of everything they do, and their ability to set up Live chat solutions quickly and effectively means that we can often exceed our client’s expectations with implementation. 

From a user perspective, we have jointly developed a console that works for a contact centre, but the Talkative Engage platform always works well for dealerships and OEM’s. The team constantly refine and improve the console, ensuring complete end-to-end testing and our buy-in before release.

Talkative are reactive to our needs and, more importantly, adapt their solution to ensure we achieve best-in-class service. New features are constantly added to their roadmap, and we regularly review together to enhance our combined service offering to the market.

No issues at all – the team make themselves available for contact and are fast to respond to any queries.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

We decided to implement the Talkative web chat solution to integrate with our Mitel Contact Centre solution, enable translation and other features and provide more reassurance around GDPR. The Talkative team proved a pleasure to work with, they are pro-active and take on board suggestions for feature development, exceeding our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

Nothing to dislike – the product does not have Facebook messenger integration at present but they have listened to our feedback and the enhancement is due soon.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

To be honest its the whole solution.  It's ability to seamlessly integrate with our MITEL telephony was our initial attraction as we wanted to be able to manage webchat and calls together in the same system.  However from the first discussion with Talkative we knew it was going to give us so much more.  Talkative as a company are very easy to work with, they are down to earth, open and collaborative.  Their solution has the bells and whistles you'd like as well, from being able to view which screen your customer is on to being able to live interact with that screen to name two of many.  It's also very easy to use for all; customers, agents and management which is a must in a busy environment.  All in all i would highly recommend Talkative as a company and webchat solution.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

Nothing major springs to mind, the reporting could be a little better but they've engaged with us on that and are working on it.

**Recommendations to others considering Talkative:**

Use them, you wont regret it

No problems with it at the moment.  Our main benefit was a service based one, offering a contact mode for customer who wish to use it.  when we roll out webchat to more of our website, we've taken a phased approach, we expect to see a reduction in application drop outs and web related calls to our contact centre.

**What do you like best about Talkative?**

The support and guidance we have received from Talkative has been invaluable and has enabled us to offer our customers the right level of service through live chat and meet  expectations. We were able to work closely with Talkative from the initial scoping of the project through to implementation and post-launch improvements to ensure the product suited our needs and this was critical to the success. The integration into our phone and email systems means that the management of workload streams is more efficient and can be viewed in one screen which is critical to us seeing a single view across all contact points.

**What do you dislike about Talkative?**

There is nothing we overly dislike about the product, but an improvement could definitely be made with the reporting, ideally it would be an essential everyday tool that was clearer and easier to run ourselves rather than relying on Talkative.

**What problems is Talkative solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can talk to more customers via our website and help them with their queries this we can quantify as our abandonment rate is the lowest it has ever been and the growth in our live chat channel is significant at around +50%, so we are definitely seeing commercial service benefits.

Talkative have been very proactive in helping us increase our digital leads. They have worked hard to customise all of this to our brand, as well as ensuring the various lead generation tools are correctly tracking. They are forward-thinking,  the results have been excellent nd the team easy to communicate with. There are also usually plenty of new developments in the pipeline for us to consider implementing.

We have had no problems with Talkative. If we ever have any queries they are dealt with quickly.

We experienced a marked growth in leads after using Talkative’s products on our website. Set up was painless and the company are excellent to deal with.

There is no mobile app.

Talkative has bridged lines of communication between our customers and ourselves. This has caused a marked growth in sales and a decrease in abandoned checkouts.
