What do you like best about Talkative?

The account setup and resources available are really useful. The information provided was clear and direct and really helped with the setup process. The support that we have received has been second to none!

Migration from our old software was done in around 10 days, we are filly integrated now and there was no downtime at all.

We use the software 7 days a week in a call centre environment and Talkative is really fit for purpose.

There are so many features, some we have not discovered yet, but the ones I have discovered have made the platform really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkative?

The initial setup can be quite daunting, however, Jasmine provided us with a portal that broke each area down into small modules and it was a very logical setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkative?

In my recent interaction with Jack, he demonstrated all of the desirable skills for someone in a customer facing role. He was patient, persistent and dedicated to assisting me and our mutual client.

Customer service! They always go the extra mile to ensure that the product meets our needs. I have worked with them at two separate organizations, and met with several team members and every interaction has been amazing.

What do you like best about Talkative?

Talkative is a very powerful and flexible platform that really 'fits' your business needs. Moreover, the customer support/success teams are outstanding, super helpful, available, and willing to make you succeed with their solution. They embody and truly live the concept of customer obsession

What do you like best about Talkative?

I can't say enough about the Talkative team! They were great to work with during our implementation and have been extremely responsive post-launch. From an agent point of view, the Talkative tool is very easy to use and the integration into Salesforce is excellent. For administrators, the Engage platform is very flexible and enables a ton of customizations of the end user experience. Reporting in the Engage platform itself is rudimentary, but you have access to all the data you need in Salesforce and connecting to it through a tool like PowerBI was easy.
