We currently use Taktile for our day-to-day decisioning when it comes to Credit Decisioning for New Customers Onboarding, and also for Re-decisioning our of existing customers Taktile offers very easy integrations with third parties (i.e. Credit Bureau) which makes it very easy to troubleshoot any issues

Taktile's customer service is excellent. They are extremely responsive via the Slack channel, which greatly facilitates communication.

This application stands out for being highly configurable, allowing users to tailor it to their needs without feeling overwhelmed. Despite its depth it remains intuitive and its AI copilot helps a lot to make it easier to grasp as a new user. Its knowledge base documentation is clear, well organised and genuinely helpful.
