Despite the sometimes high complexity of the decision flows, we have never experienced a platform that is so intuitive to use and at the same time so easy to learn.

It's incredibly intuitive, allowing newcomers to learn and start building flows quickly. The ability to swiftly change flows based on changing business circumstances is a big plus. I enjoy the AI function because it helps build flows quicker, especially the repetitive parts, and aids in diagnosing areas for improvement in code or structuring nodes, making it the best feature for us. The user interface is really good and offers great visibility for all teams, with the ability to give view access without edit access, which is helpful for business transparency without risking unintended changes.
