What I value most about Taktile is that they are excellent partners and that matters a lot in a long term relation. They consistently bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude and are always willing to help, understand our needs, and find the best way for us to work together. Whenever new requests or challenges arise, they are open, responsive, and eager to collaborate. On top of that, the product itself has been outstanding and has delivered tremendous value to our team.

Ease of use, connectivity, and support are the highlights for me. The AI bot makes troubleshooting and problem-solving really easy, so I can resolve issues quickly without much effort.

Taktile is great for flexibility. You have the ability to lean on the product and utilise their low-code options, or if you need to produce deeper outputs, you can use full-code nodes. This optionality makes Taktile accessible to a wide range of audiences, from risk analysts to developers. The agentic layer is great and we have used it to save 0.5 FTE on manual tasks that were previously required to be performed by an analyst. All of this is backed up by a rich UI that allows you to fully trace decisions made for our customers. When we are not able to get something done by ourselves, Taktile support are always on hand with timely help.
