I use Support Fusion for its integration capabilities between our application and our customer's ITSM platforms using ServiceNow. I like that it provides hands-on support and flexibility, which is really helpful for end-to-end ticket integration. The setup was seamless, and we weren't left to our devices to figure out integration.

The support and attentiveness of Greg and his team are spectacular. They bent over backwards to join meetings even during unsocial hours without complaint, and they patiently supported us at every step of the deal.
