I love that the StoriiCare team truly cares about their customers and the customer experience. They are always there within minutes to help solve problems, navigate forms, and different workflows. It doesn't cost extra money either, and I never feel like I'm being sold more of their product. The product speaks for itself. Also, setting up StoriiCare was incredibly easy and seamless.

You can make the software look and feel custom to your organization. Very responsive customer service.

I want to give the Storii team credit for their willingness to get on video calls and also send us videos to try to help when issues have arisen. As other reviewers have said, their software is customizable, and I think at times that causes some hiccups in roll-out, but it does allow for the software to be adapted to meet our needs. The owner of the company is also willing to get on these calls, and if it is a software issue or a "storii issue" they take ownership and have resolved our issues. I really like the family app option and the sign in process in connection with an IPAD and a link has made attendance much easier. We were doing a paper sign in method previously that was very time intensive for logging in our previous software. The software can also be put on IPAD for the staff to document in real time who is participating in what activities, provided the activity calendar is done in the Storiicare system. This puts some of the responsibility on the team members and gives them ownership.
