What I like most about Spoke is the partnership we have with their team. People like Leon, Sarah, Jason and others have been great to work with over the years. They are responsive, easy to work with, and willing to collaborate with us on ideas, challenges, and ways we can improve. From an IT perspective, that is incredibly valuable. Spoke feels much more like an extension of our team than simply another vendor. The initial implementation was also extremely easy, with Leon doing a lot of the heavy lifting and making the transition from RingCentral very smooth for our team.
