**What do you like best about Spoke Phone?**

Spoke allows our small business to present to customers as an enterprise. With call routing, IVR, call conferencing, messaging (SMS & WhatsApp), CRM integration and call recording it gives us everything we need and more. 
Customer support is second to none. The Spoke Team has helped us with special features and setting up our system so it has everything we need. 
We switched from our PSTN phone system to Spoke in 2018, and it was the best decision we make. When COVID forced all our team to work from home we tranistioned without a problem. Wew also have team members located across the world andf we never have to be concerned about communications. 
Our team uses Spoke everyday and loves the call recording feature to review their conversations, as well as for training and development.

**What do you dislike about Spoke Phone?**

There is nothing about the Spoke App or service I dislike. The only issue we have is when your broadband connect is poor you have to manually pass the call to the carrier network. This is not difficult, but would be great if it happened automatically.

**What problems is Spoke Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team members can be contacted by our customers and their collegues no matter where they are working. This allows for seemless communications and delivery of excellent customer service.

**What do you like best about Spoke Phone?**

I have been searching for a phone app for both mobile and desktop that integrates EASILY with my existing Twilio phone numbers for a long time.  I'm not a coder, and Spoke is exactly the web app solution for Twilio that I have been looking for. It's easy to set up for us non-coding savvy people, and it very quickly guided me through the steps I needed to call and text from my computer. The price point is also a huge bonus as other solutions cost you hundreds per month, Spoke is very affordable.

**What do you dislike about Spoke Phone?**

Nothing. If I had to, and I mean really have to, pick something I dislike, the UI of the application is dated and could look sexier. That being said, I am a businessman that believes in functionality over aesthetics any day.

**What problems is Spoke Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I had was that there were no affordable solutions I could find that would allow me to use my very versatile Twilio phone numbers that I have had for about 7 years and affordably have an application that is separate from my personal cell phone, call from those numbers, receive calls on those numbers, text from Twilio numbers and more. I'm not a coder, and Spoke made it simple for me to finally stop forwarding my Twilio numbers to my personal cell phone.

  ### 4. Nice SoftPhone with Integrated Forms/Fields for TOO MUCH Money!

**What do you like best about Spoke Phone?**

Very powerful soft phone capable of recording data, forms and information to be powered the external systems, on behalf of transmissions from Twilio.

**What do you dislike about Spoke Phone?**

Unrealistic price point per user of minimum $15 upwards to $35 per month, not including SIP trunking connected minutes, limited reach for small businesses (under 30 users). Prices just increased from $10 min to $15 min, during the time I scheduled a demo.

**What problems is Spoke Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not even able to put into play with under 30 users in our organization. Craig on the demo explained it's "hard to realize return on investment and value when you have under 30 users"
