We already valued the mobile experience, analytics, and gamification. This year, a few additions made a clear difference. The two-way roleplays feel real, and the AI avatar follows context, asks follow-ups, and raises objections which makes it more life-like. The standout feature for us has been the Screen-share practice, which lets us present our slides while the avatar questions what’s on screen. Also, our managers can get on the AI simulation calls with our reps and go back n forth with the simulation and it works without any glich or slowness. Making it a great plus.

The quiz builder is fast and I can create and publish a quiz for my reps in under a minute. I like that I do not need to manually add or remove users as the system updates the right audience for me. Reporting is clear and I can see who completed, who is struggling, and who needs coaching. This saves my team a lot of time every week.
