The quiz engine is still fast, but now it links back to specific learning gaps. I can see who needs refreshers on positioning vs who needs clinical depth. The dashboards help us show leadership who is certified and who still needs coaching. It covers both knowledge and readiness, not just completion. The mobile experience is smooth for field reps, so adoption is not a fight.

Even after two years with SmartWinnr, I stand by my first review, it is still the best LMS platform for sales teams. We have seen surge in the engagement rate like never before and it has been steady since. Sharing new company updates, running quizzes, surveys, and so much more is just built into one platform. Our trainers have saved hours. We have also loved thier quick response and we are happy to be with SmartWinnr and plan to stay with them for a long time.
