Trainers can reuse each other's material instead of rebuilding from scratch, which saves a lot of time. Reporting is stronger now too. We can pull quarterly and yearly views, see completion and knowledge gaps, and download what we need for leadership in one click. Adoption in the field is still high, which says a lot.

Unreal experience it has been, and they keep on bringing advancements that help our training and onboarding processes way more smooth. As i have said before, it is by far the no. 1 platform for training and coaching requirement of MRs in a pharma industry. The most loved feature as a manager is that I can hop on to the AI simulation calls with my trainnes and go back n forth with the AI avatar and it just workes seamlessly.
