The ability for it to keep all systems in sync and workflow approval process to move changes to production

Really like the way it tracks transport and help in movement

I like that Rev-Trac brings structure and transparency to SAP change management. It makes it easy to track changes from start to finish, improves control over transports, and provides strong audit visibility. I also appreciate its integration capabilities with SAP and other ITSM/DevOps tools, which help streamline processes across teams. From a business perspective, it delivers good value by reducing manual effort, minimizing transport-related risks, and supporting compliance requirements. In addition, the support team is responsive and knowledgeable, helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
