Parallel development and OOps conflicts/overwrite and overtakes can be caught earlier in the cycle. Customer support is really good. The team jumps on to the request quickly and works with the technical team. Easy to use for someone like a release manager.

I like the fact that Rev-Trac will put your transports in the order they were released. I like that you can attach testing documentation for review. And I also like that at each step in the workflow, you can see all of the details and who approved everything from beginning to the end of your change. Audit uses this information.
