MND Australia has greatly appreciated working with Anneke, our dedicated Customer Success Manager. She was consistently attentive, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and confident in the direction the Recite Me tool implementation was taking before, during, and after rollout. We also found the development team very open to hearing our feedback about the tool and addressing any issues that came up during our testing phase. Our implementation was likely more involved than most, as we tested the tool with our community to ensure the translations were suitable. Working in the health information space meant there was a comprehensive due diligence process we needed to undertake to confirm the tool provided accurate translations. When we did identify potential translation issues, the development team moved quickly to resolve them. We've launched the product and feel confident that it is meeting the needs of our community.

I like the various tools for accessibility and that it will also read text in various languages. This provides more of our community a way to access valuable information from our website.
