I find the customer experience with Recite Me really great. I also appreciate the hearing aid feature that allows zooming in and out, along with the magnifying feature. These features are helpful for our customers. The initial setup of Recite Me was very easy.

The Recite Me guidebook and checker has helped make our website performance much more efficient by deleting unneeded scripts, and they’ve also improved accessibility for all users overall. The checker has made it easier to spot small but critical UI issues that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, and it clearly shows where we’re falling short particularly with image labelling and heading structure. The Recite Me team are great and quick to help whenever needed, and the onboarding process was simple and smooth, which made the whole experience even better. Integration is straightforward too, it’s simply a copy and paste job which is a code snippet that sits in our header scripts. Overall, I feel the ROI is worth it for what Recite Me provide, and I would fully recommend it.
