Prism PPM was created with the main focus of enabling PMs and PMOs to be efficient and effective. It isn't a resource management tool that realized it could capitalize on the PPM market by cobbling together a solution. Prism is streamlined and easy to navigate. We are empowered by the visibility it has brought from a project, program and portfolio level. This means, we can make educated decisions on prioritization, resources, budget, and so forth. Prism also captures back time for our PMs by automating routine tasks (E.g., Earned Value calculations) so they can focus on more value-add work. Before Prism, we ranked projects by how we "felt" was best. Now with the Business Value Assessment feature in Prism, we get an unbiased score for each project that shows how valuable it is to the business. Wow! That makes all the difference when deciding on what's actually most important to achieving our strategy; especially when considering budget or resource constraints. I can't leave a review without mentioning the support that we've received from Prism. Their customer experience team and implementation specialists are top notch. Additionally, Prism has a vision and roadmap for continuingly improving their software. We appreciate their investment into their customers and product!
