I use PlanZone every day as a Data Scientist to keep track of the timeframes for experiments, manage the processes for model creation, and communicate with the data engineering and product teams to make sure everyone is on the same page. One thing I particularly like is how easy it is to break up big machine learning projects into smaller tasks and make it obvious who is in charge of each one. I use it to keep track of everything from deadlines for preparing data to validating models.The task management and collaboration tools have helped me keep my projects in order while working on more than one at a time. I also enjoy that project discussions, documentation and updates all stay in one place. This makes it easier to stay focused. It has become a reliable place for me to plan and carry out my daily tasks.

I like the kind of visualization that is done at PlanZone present in the form of dashboards. They provide me with a snapshot of the amount of work completed on the projects, as well as the workload of the team. Because it’s easy to see bottlenecks and to check priorities, the latter is better for managing work.

I have found the to-do lists in PlanZone useful especially where the team is working collaboratively. It also becomes easy to allocate responsibilities, monitor achievements or lack of it and ensure that everyone is on par.
