I love having Remote Desktop, Vulnerability/CVE scanning, and the traditional PDQ Deploy/Inventory all in one suite that we can easily switch between. The layout makes it very easy to switch tasks without having to have multiple apps open. It definitely saves time. The deployments and reporting (inventory) is much faster than on the on-prem traditional version, along with the remote desktop software being better than many others. Packing all three of these features into one suite for the price that other companies charge for each, is a major boon that secured my company's trust and happiness. So long as PDQ keeps their products up to date and pricing competitive, we will be long term happy customers. We were able to save thousands.

I love the convenience of being able to bring my work with me when traveling. When I was at a conference out of state, my team was struggling to fix a report that couldn't wait, and I was able to remotely log in while at the conference and help them, which took the stress off them while I wasn't physically available. The travel aspect makes the biggest difference for our staff. I feel like it is very reliable and easy to use. It is very user friendly with great customer service. When I contacted them via chat to help change some of the contacts in our profile, the person was so patient and walked me through it step by step. We only use the mobile access feature, and the reliability and speed have been amazing. The initial setup was very simple and user friendly.
