Overall handle for Patching and the build-in Packages are really good. Remote connection to workstations is really stable and helpfull for Service Desk agents.

My experience with PDQ Connect has been very positive. I’ve used it to build and deploy custom PowerShell packages for Windows feature upgrades, security remediations, Windows Update repair, Microsoft 365 configuration reporting, and complex application installation and removal workflows. The cloud-based agent makes it convenient to manage remote endpoints without relying on the traditional PDQ Deploy infrastructure. There is a learning curve when converting older packages, particularly around Local System execution, attachments, conditions, exit codes, and reboot handling. Once those behaviors are understood, PDQ Connect is flexible, dependable, and well suited to repeatable endpoint automation. I would still like to see continued improvements to package creation and workflow visibility, but it has already become a valuable part of my endpoint-management toolkit.

The best part is it being agent based and fast.
