Since its execution, all calls are monitored and analyzed to have a better understanding of how the client is being treated by this means. We also monitor calls for providers, and employees who may be using the telephone for more than the allowed time, each call is left with a log where you have a detailed report of time, date, location and other factors that help analyze everything

i can customized scripts based on needs/ clients. Easy to install. Great for small businesses! friendly interface for managersfor those that don't have to have a lot of experience with technology, unless you're creating an app.
