PBXDom cloud reports can easily generate detailed reports of your telephone or call center activity from anywhere in the world; there is no need to purchase any additional software. You can achieve this by installing a collector of PBXDom and connecting your PBX or Call center to the computer that you installed this software on; that’s all there is to it. The collector software automatically receives your call information from your call center or PBX and then it sends that information to PBXDom’s server, then our server analyses the information in order to provide you with a variety of reports.

What do you like best about PBXDom?

Since its execution, all calls are monitored and analyzed to have a better understanding of how the client is being treated by this means. We also monitor calls for providers, and employees who may be using the telephone for more than the allowed time, each call is left with a log where you have a detailed report of time, date, location and other factors that help analyze everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PBXDom?

To me personally and in what I have been using the PBXDom service, not once has something in the system failed or something that I see that I do not like how it works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i can customized scripts based on needs/ clients. Easy to install. Great for small businesses! friendly interface for managersfor those that don't have to have a lot of experience with technology, unless you're creating an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
