Many things that I love about OTC, among them is its availability in mobile apps, its ability to capture timestamps including an accurate time zone assignment for all employees. As part of the WFM team, its is very useful to capture reports on attendance as well as to capture the hours logged per cut off which helps our finance team validate the payroll. OTC can be used frequently in terms of capturing minute by minute activities. It can also be easily accessed either through chrome, edge, mobile or even through haystack. It is easy to implement to new users by creating them a log in specifically for them that also will match their location and time zone. Customer support also responds rapidly in case of any issues including the downtime. It was easily integrated to haystack with no issues.

I love the simplicity of Open Time Clock and how easy it is to use. The interface is straightforward, and users don’t need extensive training to accurately track work hours

I like how easy it is to clock in and out, track daily, weekly, and monthly work hours. It's also easy for the admin side to download reports and analyze work hours.
