I like Backlog's UI because the navigation is quite clear and simple. It's great that you don't need to add new members to get them to learn how to use it, making it very intuitive. It doesn't take much time for new members to understand how to navigate with our customer response workflows. It's pretty much self-explanatory, which makes it really user-friendly for us.
