I appreciate that Backlog was able to easily configure and handle sending information to both the Git repository and Bitbucket, which was really handy for us. I also really like the little checkboxes in the edit menu when writing up a ticket and keeping track of things. The ease of setting it up and configuring team permissions was a big plus, as I don't remember any major hassles.

I appreciate how Backlog provides client transparency into what is going on in a ticket. It stores all the history and related documents in one place, which includes all conversations and approvals. I like that we can add custom fields, making it adaptable to our needs. Integrating it with Teams for instant update notifications is another aspect I enjoy. The switch to Backlog was driven by needing a more modern system that allows unlimited users, has no file upload size restrictions, and supports collaboration with outside organization users. The initial setup and migration from the old system were quite easy.
