Great, Easy to Use Product!

One item we struggled with is damage on vehicles. Whether or not it was there. We would do walkarounds with a sheet of paper and there was nothing black and white about the situation if a customer brought up damage. Now, we can play the video for the customer to identify whether damage was there prior to the car being serviced by us. Customer service is also VERY quick to respond to any requests.

Text & Call Customers - Without Worry

I am able to send text message updates to customers about their vehicles. A lot of people these days prefer a text over a phone call. I am able to communicate with customers via text through a 3rd-party phone number, linked to my computer and my phone.
