It's also great that it's easy to connect to other systems if something is missing. I like that Mews is a constantly evolving system with new features and improvements introduced regularly, which helps us stay competitive, optimize our operations, and adapt quickly to changing guest expectations. Switching to Mews provided us with a more user-friendly and accessible support, and the initial setup was straightforward, guided by a Mews consultant, where I could handle most of it myself.

I find Mews incredibly useful for managing all of our reservations and rates, which is significant for driving revenue. Mews is the most comprehensive and easiest system to use for integrating with distribution systems, thanks to their ever-expanding Mews marketplace, which always offers something new. I really enjoy the Mews community where I can engage with other users, staff, and product managers working on enhancements. Plus, their convention in Amsterdam, which I attended, was great. The setup process was easy with a product manager guiding us, and everything was done online, involving many different teams worldwide.
