For the price, it cannot be beat. I've used it off and on since 2017 or so and it's gotten even better since then, obviously. There have been a lot of new companies that have come up and they have some cool features, but MailShake is just so much easier to use, while also giving you a lot more freedom. There aren't a lot of upsells like there are in SalesHandy or Instantly, and the UI is fairly simple to use.

One of the best parts of my experience with Mailshake so far is the excellent customer support I've been getting from the company's care team. It's been a tremendous relief knowing that Andrea and Ismael will always respond promptly and conscientiously during business hours. To me, they seem more like good friends than tech support people I don't really know. The platform has many wonderful features. One of my favorites is Office Hours, held at the same time every week (on Wednesday). It's great to be able to drop in to ask your questions, get feedback and listen/learn from other subscribers.

Super easy to use, and super easy to reach out to your customer based on a ton of factors. It saved us a ton of time versus building an in-house solution.
