What I like about Luigi's Box is how smoothly it runs and how easily it integrates with our eshop system. The search is fast, and I appreciate the suggestions that appear as I type keywords. Another big plus is the favorable, affordable price for integrating it into our eshop system. Everyday use makes our work easier. From an administration perspective, I like the overviews and analytical tools, and entering synonyms.

My experiences?
We have recently set up "Customize search results" in the search field on our website for products that are often searched for under a different/slang name than the one we have listed on the e-shop. We have also focused on the "Search without results" section and our sales have increased slightly. All communication with support is excellent.
