I use Luigi's Box mainly for site search on our e-shop, and it does a way better job than the default Shoptet search. It handles typos, synonyms, and product ranking much better, which really makes a difference for our customers finding what they need, even with typos. I also love the search analytics feature, which gives us valuable insights into what customers are searching for. The integration with Shoptet was straightforward, and their support team is really responsive and helpful. Setting it up was very easy and quick, covering the full picture of customers finding what they need faster while giving us insights on where to improve.
