What I like best about Linnworks from a customer service perspective is the total visibility it gives us over every order. When a customer contacts us with a query, we can instantly look up their order across any marketplace, see its exact fulfilment stage, and grab the tracking details in seconds. It allows us to provide fast, accurate answers and drastically improves our response times.
