I like all the features available. It means I can do everything in one place

I really appreciate how Linnworks has been a significant step up in terms of ease of use and overall reliability, especially compared to our previous OMS system. The API is extremely comprehensive and well-architected, which allows us to connect Linnworks directly into our AI infrastructure for the orchestration and automation of tasks and reporting. I also like that the Linnworks API exposes every function available within the UI, enabling automation of any task and centralizing data reporting. Additionally, the setup was very easy because the system is pretty intuitive, and we got excellent support from our Linnworks account manager, Euan, and his team during the switch, which went better than expected given the complexity of the operational migration.

The automation and inventory control across multiple platforms are solid and make it much easier to stay organized.
