Seamless Order Management and Easy to Learn
I like Linnworks because it's easy to use and easy to learn. If I'm unsure about something, I can just Google it, and a video will be available on Linnlearn. I also appreciate the order printing feature, which is fast and seamless for our business. Since we sell across 17 channels, printing orders from each individual channel would take too much time, but Linnworks makes this easy by pushing all the tracking to them.

I find Linnworks user-friendly once you get the hang of it, even though it looks quite technical at first. It's very quick and efficient. The onboarding and training were fantastic. I'd also class Linnworks as being bulletproof, which is great for marketplace management and the core operations of our business.
