I like how Lever Talent helps us quickly narrow down candidates that are right for the role by efficiently managing the large number of applicants we receive. I find the predictive index feature most valuable. Additionally, I enjoy evaluating the way our team interacts based on behavioral assessments, and I appreciate using it to evaluate new candidates by their responsiveness and completion of the assessments.

Intuitive Candidate Insights for Efficient Hiring

I find Lever Talent easy to use, which is great. I appreciate that it provides detailed information on candidates beyond just their resume and LinkedIn profile, which really helps us with hiring, especially for sales candidates. The Predictive Index assessment is particularly beneficial for assessing them.
