I really like Lever Talent's consulting approach. They're highly responsive and experts in their field which is great. Lever Talent is helping us with quality of hire, leading to reduced turnover and better job fit. I gave them a 10 on how likely I am to recommend them, so that says a lot.

I really appreciate the help I get from Laura Johnson and Curtis Creekmore. Laura helps us stay on track with the return on our investment and she's always available for a quick meeting. Curtis Creekmore provided on-site leadership training, and even though it was a half-day session, he kept our leaders engaged. He was informative and knowledgeable. Laura assists me daily by giving me practical advice on how to get our managers to use the software effectively. The tools they provide are very pragmatic and offer great suggestions and recommendations for maximizing our talent. They help us understand the tools available through predictive index, strengthen our teams, and improve our one-on-one relationships between managers and employees. Lever Talent helps our managers lead and coach more effectively. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 for their services.

Promptness and good results. thank you so much
