Our experience has been great so far!

The Quickbooks integration has been mostly seemless. When any issues arise, our represenative is quick to respond. We specifically like that we are able to have multiple contacts under each company and that the sales transaction hisoty is available under each company.

Good backbone

Runs on SQL so can integrate with triiggers to the rest of our applications. It is the master customer information file but duplicates elsewhere. Good way to collate customer information, contacts,

Legrand CRM matches well with QuickBooks

Legrand CRM was very easy to use and navigate. It was a huge benefit to see the customer interactions history for making informed decisions. Email integration was great.
