**What do you like best about Legrand Desktop CRM?**

The Quickbooks integration has been mostly seemless. When any issues arise, our represenative is quick to respond. 
We specifically  like that we are able to have multiple contacts under each company and that the sales transaction hisoty is  available under each company.

**What do you dislike about Legrand Desktop CRM?**

Some of the things that would make Legrand better are not having to sync the sales tractions daily, being able to see the sales tractiosn for each customer without going to a different tab & being able to import different customer price levels.

**What problems is Legrand Desktop CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Legrand is allowing us to keep all of our information about each customer organized and up to date easily.
We are able to keep notes about many different contacts for each company which helps us better serve out customers.

**What do you like best about Legrand Desktop CRM?**

Runs on SQL so can integrate with triiggers to the rest of our applications.  It is the master customer information file but duplicates elsewhere.  Good way to collate customer information, contacts,

**What do you dislike about Legrand Desktop CRM?**

Lack of easy type ahead on customer selection (old version was great) .  We use Sybiz vision and it is much easier to navigate than forcing entries in the search by box. 

Uncommanded creation of documents.

**What problems is Legrand Desktop CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer, suppliers, contacts and correspondence. Also feedback and preodiuct developments

**What do you like best about Legrand Desktop CRM?**

Legrand CRM was very easy to use and navigate. It was a huge benefit to see the customer interactions history for making informed decisions. Email integration was great.

**What do you dislike about Legrand Desktop CRM?**

Reporting on CRM activity is limited and had to use additional software to get basic and customized reports.  Sales activity in CRM was limited.
