Few data utilization features makes it standalone solution.

SysTrack Asset Optimization allows me to keep my ServiceNow CMDB in check. It automatically generate system identification and configuration information, which was something I didn’t like having to do by hand.

Gathering key information at the point of cintact

lakeside Assist for ITSM gave me the opportunity to get a set of user experience data right at the moment of the incident. This way, I am able to see their system usage and diagnostics at that same time and be able to fix the problem much more quickly.

SysTrack is falling short compared to Controlup

The best thing I like about SysTrack Digital Experience Monitoring is the ability to create dashboards to monitor all our Virtualization infra and to gather details about the user's VM in real time to troubleshoot and resolve the issues.
