## About SysTrack Asset Optimization
SysTrack Asset Optimization is a connector app that gathers and adds meaningful endpoint data into ServiceNow records. With this connector, system identification and configuration data is automatically imported into the ServiceNow CMDB, eliminating the need to manually create records that identify each system. ServiceNow users can then use this robust set of data from each endpoint to improve time-to-resolution and end-user experience. **What do you like best about SysTrack Asset Optimization?**

SysTrack Asset Optimization allows me to keep my ServiceNow CMDB in check.  It automatically generate system identification and configuration information, which was something I didn’t like having to do by hand.

**What do you dislike about SysTrack Asset Optimization?**

SysTrack does not presently have the capacity to apply that information to other automation processes. SysTrack is not able to define workflows or automation based on the newly added asset information and therefore misses out on the potential.

**What problems is SysTrack Asset Optimization solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program is useful for populating the base of initial data, but something is missing in the functionality of SysTrack. There is, therefore, the issue of not being able to use the data that has been imported to another application for further automation.
