Resolve for Microsoft Teams
Resolve is an incident management application built natively for Microsoft Teams. It enables organizations to report, categorize, assign, and track incidents directly within their existing Teams environment, eliminating the need to switch between applications.
The application uses AI to automatically process incoming incidents—analyzing content to identify severity, categorizing issues based on organizational and industry context, and routing them to appropriate response teams. The assignment algorithm considers team member skills, expertise, availability, and current workload to optimize incident distribution.
Users across the organization can report incidents through a simple Teams interface without requiring technical training. Designated incident responders manage and resolve issues from a centralized dashboard that provides visibility into all active incidents, grouped by response team, priority, status, or type.
Core functionality includes automated incident classification and prioritization, intelligent routing to response teams, configurable team structures with role-based assignments, out-of-office detection using Microsoft 365 status, real-time Teams notifications for updates and status changes, and analytics for tracking resolution times, volumes, and team performance metrics.
