User-Friendly with Stellar Satisfaction

I find Kapture CX very easy to use and I'm happy with the software. Everything about it is good, and I like how it helps with getting the CSAT. The initial setup process was cool, and I didn't encounter any problems. I'm very likely to recommend it, giving it a rating of 10 out of 10.

User-Friendly and Efficient for Customer Support

I find Kapture CX very user-friendly, and the tools are easy to understand. It helps us address customer issues much faster by notifying us whenever assistance is needed, allowing our team to provide timely support. I like how it easily identifies unattended tickets, enabling us to assist customers more promptly. The initial setup was also very easy, and overall, I feel the product is very good and cool to use. I'm fully satisfied with it.
