I really appreciate the prime support that JumpCloud offers. The user experience and interface are easy to use, which is pretty helpful because it's aesthetically pleasing and I don't have to fight through different UIs. The recent update to the UI on the admin dashboard has been nice, and I like the addition of prime support with our enterprise plan. Also, it's easy to nab, saving me time when looking for things like a locked-out user.

Simplicity. It just does the basics without a lot of crazy configuration.

The speed of the device sync is what I value most. When I push a command or deploy an app from the admin console, it lands on the endpoint almost immediately instead of waiting on a check-in window, which makes rollouts something I can do during a workday rather than schedule overnight. The MDM side handles the same way for configuration profiles across Mac and Windows, so I'm managing both fleets from one place instead of stitching together separate tools. The part I didn't expect going in was how much the directory and SSO side would carry: having user identity, group membership, device binding, and app access all keyed off the same object means an onboarding or offboarding is one set of changes, not five. Commands have also turned into a general-purpose automation layer for us, well past software installs.
