Effortless User Management with JumpCloud
I use JumpCloud to manage Computers, Tablets, Smartphones, Users, Access, Software, WiFi Connection, and Updates at my company. I like how it centralizes processes and makes them easier. The zero-touch enrollment, notifications, and friendly remote support are beneficial. I particularly enjoy using JumpCloud Remote Assist daily on Windows and MacOS instead of Anydesk. The logs for each user and computer are useful. Initially, setting it up was tough, but the JumpCloud team greatly helped, making it easier afterward.
