I appreciate JumpCloud for making remote support easy and allowing smooth communication with each device. It's fantastic for centralizing our asset monitoring, as we can manage everything on one platform. I find it to be very fast and easy to use, and the initial setup was very easy.

I find it easy to integrate a wide range of different resources, and managing users and devices is also relatively straightforward. A large amount of new features have been added since its inception within our org, which has helped consolidate and centralize our IT operations and asset management. Access and SSO integration has been largely very straight forward for the range of other services we have integrated with. Customer support has been helpful on the rare occasions we've needed assistance, but thanks to the platform's reliability, we've encountered very few issues that we couldn't resolve on our own.

I love JumpCloud. The benefits of using JumpCloud are that we can closely monitor all devices, including knowing when they are online or offline, and check their status, like shutdowns, restarts, and battery health. The security features are really appreciated, especially in case a device gets stolen.
