Intuitive Platform with Customization Flexibility but Implementation Hurdles
I like the intuitivity of the system and the fact that admins have a lot of possibilities to improve the system according to the organization needs. For quality processes, we were able to add closure statuses at process closure, which made the solution feasible for automotive use. We were able to upload data from SAP into tables to populate performance scorecards and automate risk and performance scorecard generation.
