During onboarding, we had weekly meetings that were essential for both learning the product and establishing a good working relationship with the team. The iPost staff are genuinely interested in working with us and making sure our experience with their product is smooth. They have even taken our feature suggestions and have quickly implemented them into development and then into production,. This has enhanced our user experience and will benefit other users.

iPost has been a powerful tool for template creation and automation, in addition to providing built in reporting and testing features (both A/B and MVT) in addition to journey flow creation. It allows for drag-drop content creation and dynamic content rendering, though also allows for fine-tuned customization via HTML and javascript options.
