I highly appreciate the team's thoroughness when understanding our business needs, their responsiveness whenever we need clarifications or updates to our reports, and their pro-activeness to signal any anomalies within our data. In my product marketing role, they've helped me create custom reports to follow our product campaigns, identify when each campaign brings in completely new leads, or helps convert those acquired via other channels.
