Reliable contact center solution with useful features

I like how it brings multiple communication channels into one platform. It’s easy to manage calls, chats, and tickets in the same place, which makes the workflow smoother for support teams. The reporting features are also very handy for tracking performance.

OmniChannel Product that works.

Xcally is a great product. It is a truly OmniChannel product. It is stable and support and service is good. Integration with Teams is very usefuel. I can recomend the use of Xcally. Runar sigurdsson CEO of Svar ehf.
