We have been customers for over 5 years and use Xcally for our customer service needs. We currently use Version 2 but are in the process of moving already to the newest Version 3 "Motion V3". Its interface is intuitive and real-time monitoring is what can let us observe and manage the activities and resources immediately. Users can easily manage incoming and outgoing calls, as well as chat and email communications. The ability to integrate with other business systems such as our CRM has allowed us to efficiently manage all customer interactions from a single platform.
