I like that RemotePC is easy to use and not complicated. It's easy to install, fast, and reliable. I also appreciate that we don't need the fastest Internet speeds because the connection remains secure, good, and stable. Being a charity, I find RemotePC's charitable rate beneficial, and I feel it is much more intuitive to use than TeamViewer was. The initial setup was so simple that even I could do it.

I use IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 for backing up my laptop and phones, so I don't have to worry about losing my devices and all the photos and information on them. I love that I can use it for all of our devices, including computers and phones. It's very easy to use, and the initial setup was extremely easy too. I rated it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.
