Set-and-Forget Simplicity at a Great Price

The ease of use is fantastic—it's truly a set-it-and-forget-it experience. The price is also a big plus and a really nice draw. Being able to use it on all of my devices is very helpful, and the speed of the background uploads and downloads is impressive. Sharing data between devices works amazingly well, too.

Critical Off-Site Backup for 7TB in a Remote Area

We live in a very remote area in the Mountain West, just outside of Yellowstone NP. I had 6-7TB of data to backup and doing this over my cellular internet connection would have taken a week. Being able to load it on one of your HDDs and send it back still took 40 hours, but we are moving at the end of this week and it was critical we have an off-site backup.

Effortless Backup with Intuitive UI

I like that IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 is easy and straightforward to use, which is perfect for me since I dislike complexity. The visual simplicity and straightforward UI are great for my needs, and as a visual person, having that kind of interface really helps. I also find it useful that I can specifically choose which parts of my drive or external hard drives to back up. The setup process was extremely easy, just download and go, with no extra settings required, and I'm very happy with it.
