Not much. It is mostly an AI driven system and hence does not check consistently the exam environment as a human proctor will do.
Only good thing that can be said about it is that it is easy to set up.

Disappointing AI Monitoring with Honorlock
I like that with Honorlock, students do not have to schedule exams in advance, which makes the process more flexible for them. Additionally, if a signal gets dropped, it's easy to reconnect and finish the exam, leading to fewer student complaints.
