What I appreciate most about Honorlock is that the platform has continued to evolve in meaningful ways over the last year. As someone who works closely with faculty, testing workflows and student support, it genuinely feels like Honorlock is listening to institutions and making updates that actually improve the day-to-day experience instead of adding unnecessary complexity.
The redesigned Session Viewer has probably been one of the biggest improvements for our team. Reviews feel much more streamlined now and it is easier to navigate sessions, understand events and find what you need without spending unnecessary time clicking through multiple screens. Faculty adoption has improved because the workflow feels more intuitive and less intimidating than it did in earlier versions.
I also think the Honorlock Desktop App has been a game changer. With how quickly AI tools, ghost apps and alternative browsers are evolving, institutions need solutions that continue adapting to those challenges. The Desktop App adds another layer of security and helps address concerns around restricted applications and emerging AI-enabled tools in a way that browser-only solutions simply cannot. It feels like Honorlock is staying proactive instead of reactive as the online testing landscape changes.
I also appreciate the continued investment in features like Side Angle Camera and the anticipated dual camera enhancements. The cellphone as a camera beta is especially exciting because not every student has access to an external webcam. Giving students the ability to use a cellphone as a camera has the potential to remove a real barrier while still helping institutions maintain confidence in the testing environment.
The 24/7 live support has also made a significant difference for our students and faculty. With previous providers, students could get stuck during an exam and not have a clear way to get immediate help, which created stress for students and additional escalations for faculty and internal teams. Having live support available during exams has helped reduce a lot of that friction and has improved the overall student experience.
Overall, Honorlock has helped us create a more flexible and scalable testing environment while continuing to evolve in ways that feel practical and customer driven.
Asim was very informative and helpful. There were several questions and he had an appropriate response to each. He was well prepared and very knowledgeable.
Honorlock’s online test proctoring services combine the benefits of AI software with those of live test proctors. Our people drive decisions using data from artificial intelligence – AI doesn’t drive us.
Honorlock’s exam proctoring software monitors each student’s exam session and alerts a live test proctor if it detects any potential problems. This provides our proctors with the opportunity to enter the exam session and help the student get back on track.
